Maintenance SEID provides professional residential and commercial maintenance services in Dubai, UAE, including:

  • Electrical, plumbing, and AC services
  • Cleaning and deep cleaning
  • Carpentry and handyman services
  • Home automation and repair works
  • General property and facility maintenance

2. Booking and Appointments

  • Services can be booked via phone, email, or website.
  • Customers must provide accurate contact and service details.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise charges may apply.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All services are based on agreed quotations.
  • Final price may vary depending on site conditions, materials, and scope of work.
  • Payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, or approved online payment methods.

4. Warranty and Liability

  • We offer a limited workmanship warranty of up to 30 days on selected services.
  • Maintenance SEID is not liable for:
    • Pre-existing issues or damages
    • Indirect or consequential losses
    • Delays caused by external factors (e.g., weather, supplier delays)

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide safe and proper access to the property.
  • A safe working environment must be ensured.
  • Valuables and pets should be secured before service begins.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • Customer information is kept confidential and handled according to UAE data protection laws.
  • We do not share personal data with third parties unless required by law or necessary to complete services.

7. Cancellations and Modifications

  • Maintenance SEID reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updates.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Maintenance SEID shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or financial losses arising from the use of our services.
  • Our total liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
